Kim is simply the best in the business in Miami! Better than Terrific! Amazing and highly effective and efficient, courteous, friendly, and goes above and beyond to serve her clients. I am dumbfounded why I didn't find her soon enough. I've jumped from agent to agent since 2016, enlisting supposedly top names in the business, and have not been able to deliver. Thanks to Kim, it took only 3 months since listing with her in March 2021, she was able to find me a buyer who paid cash at that! I know that real estate agents are a dime a dozen, especially in Miami but if you want the best, you would be making a huge mistake by not going with Kim Rodstein. But don't take my word for it, ask the National Real Estate Review Board. They were the ones that highly recommended her to me hence I was able to finally sell my condo after five years in the market on and off.
