Meet Kimberly

Kimberly Rodstein believes in the power of hard work. Her relentless spirit and can-do attitude have helped her become the successful real estate agent she is today. In addition, Kim’s dedication to the profession, coupled with her work ethic, has enabled her to help countless individuals find their dream homes throughout the Greater Miami area over the last 25 years. 

Kim’s real estate journey began in the late 1990s. Her father worked in real estate, too, owning his own mortgage brokerage business. After a youthful Kim ran up a credit card bill of over $10,000, her father said enough was enough and forced her to join the family business and earn her real estate license. While Kim begrudgingly followed her father’s orders, she quickly fell in love with the profession. She has always loved the design aspect of staging homes, working with all kinds of people, and building lasting relationships.  

While Kim was initially reluctant to follow in her father’s footsteps, she is now grateful for his guidance as he taught her everything there was to know about the industry. Her father’s expertise, along with her own work ethic, has catapulted her to becoming one of the top agents in Miami, primarily serving the communities of Miami Beach, Surfside, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Brickell, and Ft. Lauderdale. Through her dedication to serving the community, Kim has twice been awarded the title of the #1 Individual Agent in GCI for Keller Williams South Region, most recently in 2021. Winning this award multiple times has been a huge honor for Kim as she was selected as the top agent out of +8,000 agents in the region.  Kim has ranked in the Wall Street Journal's RealTrends list every year as the top 1.5% real estate agents in the country.  

Kim is not only passionate about finding individuals their dream homes, but she is also passionate about introducing more people to the joys of living in the Greater Miami area. As a native of Miami herself, Kim has extensive personal knowledge of what every neighborhood has to offer. She personally loves the carefree lifestyle the Greater Miami area has to offer. In addition, Kim enjoys the food scene and the culture the area offers and has a well-curated list of recommendations for prospective buyers on the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment opportunities.

When Kim isn’t helping her clients find their new dream homes, she usually spends time with her daughter, partner, and mother. Kim loves this time with her family, enjoying the Florida beaches, boating, hiking, and exploring new places. While Kim has won numerous awards throughout her career, her proudest accomplishment will always be her daughter.

Representing Sellers

When I represent sellers, I take the position that their home is like my own and seek the best approach to marketing it properly in order to attract qualified buyers and get the most exposure. If it requires staging the home, then I will reconfigure the interior to maximize its sellability and assist the owner with doing whatever else is necessary to reach the desired goal – to get the home sold.
