Welcome to Surfside

A laid-back community off the coast of Miami with water activities and scenic views.

A residential beachside community, Surfside sits between Bal Harbour (to the north) and North Beach Miami (to the south). The town’s eastern border is Surfside Beach, a mile-long stretch of sparkling white sand. Many of Surfside’s 5,000-some residents live in the multistory condominiums that yield fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean (height restrictions limit new developments to 12 stories). Even so, the community’s residential area represents a calm and sophisticated refuge for families, making Surfside ideal for first or second homes.
