Edgewater is a thriving neighborhood located along Biscayne Bay and is surrounded by Downtown, Brickell, Wynwood , Midtown and the beaches. It’s at the forefront of Miami’s arts and entertainment district and its proximity to the beaches, I-9, Brickell and downtown makes it an attractive neighborhood.
As some of the last prime real estate in Miami to be developed, Edgewater has grabbed the attention of many local developers over the past +15 years and is gracing the Miami Skyline with luxury condos and apartment buildings. It is home to some luxury developments such as Elysee, Missioni Baia, Aria on the Bay, Icon Bay, Gran Paraiso, One Paraiso.
